They get two stars because the $10 for the first month is really a great deal, and if you need a small unit for just one month this might be the right storage solution for you. Without the introductory offer they are one star at best. The monthly rate for storage is more expensive then their competition and their facilities and customer service is horrible. The following are things that we've had to deal with in our time using Ironclad Storage. First, we were not made aware until after we'd paid that the storage units are nearly inaccessible. Our moving truck couldn't even fit into the narrow streets between units so we had to park at the end and the hike our belongings down to our units. It probably took us 3-4 times longer to unload as a result. We've moved things in and iut of iur units a few times and have had multiple issyes even getting in to access our units. Once the gate was stuck halfway so we couldn't enter and twice the code box has been unresponsive so we couldn't enter. Indeed, the reason I have so much time to write this review is because this was the case again this morning. As usual I called the help number posted on the code box. It goes to a local property management company who forwards your call to Ironclad... if they are open (they weren't earlier this morning when I first tried to get in). I still haven't actually talked to Ironclad as I was put on hold for five minutes and then told by the operator that they were on another call but they'd call me back. That was about 15 minutes ago. I guess I'll go home--again--and hope they call ne back sometime later today so I can get my stuff. Storage users beware, the $10 intro offer is not worth it! ... Read more

This place is not safe to store your belongings. My friends had their unit broken into and they also had a friend lose everything when their unit was broken into. This place has poor security and the cameras are a joke. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT unless you want to lose all of your personal belongings to METH HEADS!! ... Read more
