I was in the middle of a move and needed a rental unit for a few weeks. The gal in the office was super accommodating and had us with a temporary storage unit in minutes. The unit was clean and easy to get to. The facility seems safe. I would absolutely recommend. My only complaint was that I never seem to be able to get anyone on the phone there. I think they may be a bit understaffed. ... Read more

I've been going there for 20-plus years. Very friendly, diligent & clean. Had in all those years only a few times, the gate code would not work due to computer updates, but with the manager living on site, even at 6 am in the morning, this got resolved. ... Read more

I have been a good customer for 8 years, and for some reason we misplaced the invoice, so for the first time in 8 years we are due for one month. We sent the check as soon we realized the mistake, and the new manager Brianna will not grant me access until the funds hit their account. She was clear in her message, no exceptions and do not care of customer loyalty. I requested to talk to the owner and she refused to give me his information. I will cancel my contract with them ASAP. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.
