We had two bad experiences. They had a leak. Water ended up all over everything. They told us they are not responsible for any damages from their leaky roof. Second experience. We had auto pay setup. The card expired. They contacted us to get the updated card. I gave them the new expiration date. later I went to access our unit and my gate code didn’t work. I called them to find out why it was not working. They never processed my payment and auctioned all our processions. We never received notice or a call from them. We had thousands of dollars of valuables stored. We had important documents and hard drives with all our family picture. I highly recommend not sorting your important valuables with them. We are so sad they auctioned items that we can never replace. All because they’re clerical error and failure to communicate. ... Read more

They are not great at keeping track of your payments so you have to stay on top of it with them. I would recommend paying by bill pay or check vs a credit card. The office seems to always be closed or they are away during business hours. Otherwise convenient location with good price to rent. ... Read more

New management, still no better. I keep getting denied access month after month even though my autopay is current. I keep wasting gas money back and forth. There is no help after hours. I see the manager walk into the office, not answer my phone call or my message. No response on the call button. Yet, they can be seen through the window watching tv. During daylight hours, the gate is wide open for anyone to access. Snow is never plowed. Don’t use this business unless you want nothing but problems. ... Read more

Stay far, far away! After we had issues with autopay not being charged even though we were enrolled and nothing was wrong with the card, we decided to get our classic car out of there. When I called to tell them I was ending my service, they claimed they didn't have internet to send me a confirmation. In 2020 they don't have internet?!? They claimed to be "out in the middle of nowhere" yet there are huge subdivisions right across the street and Beehive Broadband just down the road. When I went to pick up the confirmation notice in person, I instead got an aggressive lecture about how I obviously can't read (the contact). I told her they had no right to attempt to hold my things hostage and since I was paid through the end of the month to consider that my notice. I just cancelled my debit card associated with the storage unit to avoid continual, fraudulent charges! ... Read more

We've had several storage units at this facility for over a year. In the last couple of months we got behind on the payments. I got one unit back in order and the older couple said they would work with me. A few weeks ago I tried to call and bring everything to current they finally answered and said they we're out and to call back in ten minutes. I've been trying to call them since because I've had the money. Today they finally answered and said that the unit has been auctioned off. We didn't even get a phone call, I've been leaving messages and no one would answer. We just lost all of our personal pictures and memories from our families history. The furniture can be replaced but most of what's gone can never be replaced. This is one of the most devastating things to ever happen. I can't believe that they are taking money from my account for one unit but not the other one. I can't believe that the older couple wouldn't have called or at least done they're job and answered the phone. At least to tell us, hey you're stuff is going to be thrown away if you don't pay. I would never trust this facility. The couple is incompetent and unqualified to handle this job. They have taken so many memories and just threw it away. ... Read more

As far as storing your belonging and housing them they do a good job. Never had an issue getting into the location when I needed in. Rented for 4 months. The issue came after I canceled my contract with them and moved out of the unite. I was charged the next month when I shouldn't have been charged. The man who works there told me the day I was charged they would process a refund and it could take 10 days. Of course that never happened, seemed he never told the person who does the refunds to process it. Called multiple times and left messaged with no return calls. Called the Merchant on bank statement and told them I'll give them tell the end of the day today showing prof that it has been refunded or Ill chargeback with my bank(its going on day 15 now). Also got someone to answer at the location today. Its the lady who is the person you want to deal with. She said she'll call and make it happen. Guess we'll see if they send me an email showing prof it has been refunded, they have tell the end of today. **Good place to store your items but issues getting charged after I canceled my contract with them and issues getting a refund back for that wrongful charge** ...
