Malia, the current manager, should be the "manager of the year." She helped us find another locker promptly, and was able to save us a couple of months rent when we vacated the old locker which no longer met our needs. She was personable and efficient. ... Read more

Got one of their outside units and enjoy it a lot! Easy to park right next to the unit, with plenty of space to load and unload. While it is a bit more expensive than some other options, the convenience and overall experience make it worth it. Mylia is super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend! ... Read more

This is hands down the best storage facility I’ve used. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to help. The entire storage is clean, organized, and well maintained, and the location feels safe and secure. I’ve used five or more storage facilities in the past, and this one has easily been the most pleasant experience. Highly recommended!! ... Read more

Just called the place to enquire about pricing. Such a simple question - what will a 10X15 unit cost me for a year, with all the fees and taxes. Impossible to get a straight answer. Just impossible. The sleazy salesperson kept giving me marketing talk going round and round, asking me unrelated questions. I just want the darn annual cost, how complicated this can be? 'I will find you the best deal possible'. What is your pricing strategy that you have to 'find' deals? Do you adjust prices based on skin color? Credit score? The accent of the caller? Terrible business practice. ... Read more

I have rented a unit off and on from this location for years. First they will raise your rent every 6 months. Trust me it’s a scam. Second, my there door lock to my unit went defective and I can’t get into my unit. It’s been over 5 days and I’m in the process of moving. The location manager is unavailable and I have wasted many hours on hold trying to beg them to drill out their own defective lock. I don’t know whether to shoot the lock out with a 12 gauge or have a lawyer crawl up the owners rear. Total run around. I AM PAYING TO BE LOVKED OUT OF MY POSSESSIONS. Avoid this place at all costs! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
