The best thing I can say about this place is the office's customer service. The gal who works in there is always so kind and just a joy to chat with. Yes, the storage facility is clean, and a good price but I would recommend all for the fact that they have an amazing employee running it from the office. I had to call a few times with questions and they always answered my questions and even on their day off would they call to answer my voicemail. Great customer service and people! ... Read more

My family that includes three sons has been using Long Lake Storage since we moved into Port Orchard 20 plus years ago. We have stored household items and Corvettes in this facility. Its' greatest asset is the Manager, Kylie, she represents Long Lake Storage with pride of ownership, a smile and attentive service. She makes each patron feel important and we have stored items in Long Lake even after we moved from Port Orchard just because of the service we have received over the years. Would highly recommend Long Lake Storage. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.
