We have been there since 2019 and have discovered that this place runs a little false advertising. The big thing is that this place is not secure, and does not provide any outside video surveillance for vehicle, boat, and RV parking areas. Since storing our RV there it has been damaged by someone last year, and we recently had our catalytic converter stolen. The website advertises video surveillance, but except for the main entry gate I have seen no evidence of such surveillance, and they admit that there is none for the outside storage areas. And then to add insult to injury the day after the catalytic converter incident we get a letter stating that our rental rate is going up 20%! We are actively looking for other options. Beware if you want to store an RV or boat at this facility. An update. The web site for this places states "24 hour video surveillance". That is a flat out lie! The only surveillance is on the front gate. We went to get our RV out of storage this year and discovered someone has jimmied the back window and had been sleeping in it! Naturally, the people running the facility did not care. This time I requested the owners phone number. We are considering a law suit for false advertising and inadequate protection of the outdoor storage facility. If you want a secure facility for outdoor storage, this is not it! ... Read more

I have not had any issues in over one year of renting here. Granted, my unit is indoors and not one accessed only on the exterior of a building. But I could not see or notice any water intrusion in the building I rent out of, or in my own personal unit. If people were writing a lot of reviews during and after January 2020, I could understand, because that was an extraordinary and strange rain month; as in, bad things can happen in extraordinary weather events. The office staff has always been very friendly to me and I have never had an issue getting inside or to my unit. Recommended! ... Read more

Good hours, safe, have had no water issues, but my unit is on the second floor. Everything is in perfect condition a year+ later. Nice people and $66 for a 5'x10' unit. Yes, missing a convex mirror and could use some maintenance, but we are very pleased with them. ... Read more

Security video is hands down worthless for nighttime theft. Upon coming to our unit one day, we found the lock intact but the steel door was so damaged the door could not be secured. The management didn't prior notify us of this breach. Some items were missing. The facility indicated they would fix the door that day. They didn't. Subsequently, the entire unit was gutted. We viewed the 24 hour video to no avail. We lost several hundred dollars. ... Read more

We rented a container sized storage unit at U-Store in Renton and their prices were very fair and reasonable. For our year+ renting there, we were mostly satisfied with them (ok gate hours, wide driving paths). However, they have a major problem with their metal storage units. In the middle of winter 2012/13 I went over to our storage unit and found large amounts of water dripping down from the ceiling. I alerted U Store and showed them our unit and they agreed to let us move. They even boasted how nice they were to waive the transfer fee. My last trip to U Store I heard them deny anything about water damage to another customer. Be ware of this issue. ... Read more
