Don't store whit them. Hidden fees and rent just keeps increasing. Started at 40 now all the way to 80 under 6 months. Oh and if you want to get to your stuff it better be on their schedule. Whenever the feel like it - to pray they don't lock you in their parking lot. ... Read more

Amazing customer service! The onsite staff opened the door for us when they saw us walking from the parking lot to the building. They made sure we had everything we needed. Extremely kind, efficient, personable and what other companies need more of. ... Read more

After I canceled a previous storage company due to repeated and bothersome phone calls/texts, I reserved a unit online with SecureSpace. The following morning I went to see the actual unit to ensure it would work for me, and I spoke with Gavin. Gavin was informative, helpful and customer service oriented. The unit was perfect and Gavin had the computer/paper work done quickly. Within 1 hour of my arrival I was moving in my first load! The building is fairly new (important), and security looks solid. If you're looking for storage in the SeaTac area, I highly recommend SecureSpace (and Gavin!). ... Read more

We recently rented a storage unit at SecureSpace, and the whole experience was smooth, clean, and welcoming, with excellent assistance and support. The facility feels very secure, thanks to multiple entry code stations, giving us peace of mind about our belongings. We’re glad we chose SecureSpace for our storage needs and just hope they don’t start raising prices like our previous storage unit did. ... Read more

Booked a last minute unit, received info on the storage space #, got my access code, and then moved in that same day. It was an easy process with a lot of units available. Once everything was paid for, including the lock, you'll find it inside your unit with the combo they'll provide you in your email. It was mostly contactless, the customer service agent had to check up on us in case we needed help, especially on his lunch break (sorry if we bothered you and thank you for offering assistance). The building was nice and clean, they also have accessible units (convenient and awesome to have seen). Overall, smooth process from booking to moving in (or storing ??). I liked their loading docks or spots, it gave us an easier access to the elevator. In the end, I enjoyed the maze looking for my unit, I didn't have a map of where it'll be located (?????????). As for the pricing, get one when there's a promotion. It'll help you save some $$ for a month or two. ... Read more

Jasmine and Gavin were extremely nice and professional! Jasmine was very thorough on the tour while as we browsed many units and sizes. Jasmine was super knowledgeable when it came to narrowing down which size would work best for me & my belongings, as well as the pricing , discounts, and everything from beginning to end. I was pleasantly impressed how the entire process was seamless! The facility itself is around 5 months young, so everything was clean on the inside, and well kept on the exterior. Easy access to the units as they have 2 points of entry, ample carts/flat beds to haul your stuff. Finally, this was the best pricing I found in South Seattle! A+++ ... Read more

UPDATE: These guys aren't even BBB accredited!!! 9/17 ...and the joke continues....this place is unbelieveable!! I received a call a few days ago assuring me that the back elevator was fully functional thru 10pm. So NOT the case!! I loaded 2 carts and had another large heavy tote on wheels. I dragged all three to the back elevator only to discover THE ELEVATORS STILL DO NOT WORK! I WAS LIVID!! So many people are affected by this company's inadequacy!! The person who has to let me in to remove my things, the people who have immediate plans for this space and the workers who are waiting to start work on this space. SECURESPACE HAS CAUSED US ALL SO MUCH UNDUE WASTED TIME, STRESS AND UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL COSTS!!! SECURESPACE OFFERS NO RECOURSE OR RESTITUTION WHATSOEVER!! THEIR ATTITUDE IS 'TOUGH LUCK'!! I'm reporting them to BBB, terminating my association with them and demanding every penny of my money back!! I'm done! If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! Yesterday I was told all elevator issues were resolved. So I'm here tonight. My van even fuller than before and guess what??? Elevator won't go to my floor AGAIN. Another colossal waste of my time, effort and gas! Plus I now have to unload AGAIN at home to make room for my work items for tomorrow. And the so called security??? More on that another time. Also, no lighting at night in the loading area at all! I can see the lights up there. But not one of them is on! This place sucks (Seatac on 204th)!!! I rented a unit on Aug 24. To this day Sept 4 Ive not been able to put anything in the unit due to elevator issues. Spoke with a trainee a few days ago. She was very kind and sympathetic to my wasted time and that I couldn't get done what I urgently needed to. Spoke with Jasmin yesterday. Shes great when she's taking ur money for a unit. But when there's a problem, cold as ice. Does not care in the least that her customer is inconvenienced and feels they're being treated unfairly. They won't do anything for my lost time, gas or the fact that I'm paying for an empty unit I have no access too. She offered nothing. Not even to discuss with her manager or have them give me a call. I deserve to be at least compensated for the days of not having access to my unit that Ive not been able to even begin using. At the very least!! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
