Update #2 Make that 2 rat holes in my unit. And they had the audacity to raise my rent 250% and do it by USPS postcard. They target folks who auto pay and don't come by much with a private mail box as an address. UPDATE. If you get a unit from these horrible folks, inspect your unit immediately and demand repair on anything that could allow their rodent problem to occupy your rented space. That is a 4ftx4ft board, what in the world were they pretending to patch up? And who leaves a hole like that if attempting a patch/repair? After 4 months they raise my rent from $85 to $228. They also chose to send it USPS, the notification. So it is now 2/9/26. They even sent me 2 random emails last month, why did they not inform me of this change then? This is some dirty business practice. Not only is this shady but the manager makes up her own rules regarding the 24hr access you have to pay for. She wants you in and out once within an hour. I'll have you know there is no such rule, your keypad code will work as many times as you want it to and you can come and go when you plz I will never give them another penny. ... Read more

I had an excellent experience with Ron, the manager. He was genuinely friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated how upfront he was about all costs and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and feels very secure. And I have not seen a single rodent. The app is nice and offers remote access; and the gate’s combination code—unique to each customer— adds an extra layer of security. Overall, I highly recommend this location! Ron’s professionalism, transparency, and welcoming approach set the tone for a great first storage experience (unit pictured is 10’x6’). Thanks Ron! ?? ... We had an outstanding experience thanks to Nikki. She was extremely professional, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer every question without rushing us. Her knowledge and calm demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, she’s the main reason we decided to move all of our business here. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. ... Read more

I just moved in my unit and already there's mold there's rat droppings and bird nest feathers but I have yet to talk to the management so I'm not going to complain too much yet. Thank goodness I have the insurance but it's not going to replace the damage to my sentimental things. ... Read more

DO NOT RENT HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. WORST LOCATION EVER! Read below for more Worst storage company. You can never get a hold of anyone when you're need of assist, on top of that, their automated system puts you in an infinite loop without any way to contact a live agent. Also got my unit broken into and they didn't provide any details or surveillance videos. Rat infestation is huge. Lots of rat poop our first month or renting. Now their gate is wide open. Been trying to get a hold of someone. Lack of security and safety even though the cx service agent said that safety and security is their TOP PRIORITY. Right..... Smh ... Read more
