Excellent customer service. I was busy that day and my mind was all over the place. I was tired and needed to get everything done before 4pm. The manager was easy to talk to and understood my confusion. I got everything done before 4pm and took off peacefully. My storage is immaculate and was kind of hard to find until I kept going back and forth moving my stuff inside. After the 4th round I was comfortable finding my unit without any confusion. This is a great place to store your stuff especially after moving. The only thing I felt needed improvement was access to bathrooms upstairs. ... Read more

UPDATE 03.16.26: After only 3 months, my rent was increased from $63 -> $98, completely wiping out the incentive they offered in the first 2 months (50% off $63). Exact thing that has happened to a few other folks that left reviews. Furthermore, the security of the space is poor. I had to call their security line 3 times due to doors being broken. See photo attached of 1 door being wide open with no one moving in and another photo of a drug pipe inside of the perimeter. My initial experience was very positive and the interior of the space is quite clean; however, it is completely unacceptable that they increase rent over 50%. --- Seamless move in process, kind staff, super clean. ... The building is brand new and clean, with very convenient access. The best about this place is probably their check in process, Which was handled by Carvel. He was professional, friendly and escorted us through the rolling car gate, getting in the front door and up to our storage unit for the first time, explaining everything about the codes and process as he went along. ... Pros: Easy process to get started. Customer service was great and facility looks good. *Update - Cons: Been in a unit for several months and just got a 30% price increase. Market rates online show cheaper than what I was originally paying, so not excited to pay even more this quickly. ... Read more

Great experience this week w/ SecureSpace's Magnolia location! The impressive front-office team of Carlvel & Rosa set this place apart as we looked at storage alternatives in Seattle. They welcomed us in, quickly helped us assess our needs, and walked us through a tailored set of options available at the facility. The space itself is new, but looked secure, well laid out, and also in a great location for those looking at options in proximity to Ballard, Fremont, and Wallingford. ... Read more

CLEAN. SECURE. VERY WELL MANAGED. We needed two large-sized units for 30-days to store our household belongings whilst our house was painted. The units were excellent and this property is by far the best storage facility we’ve used. Will definitely use again, and if you’re in the Magnolia neighborhood, this can’t be beaten. Highly recommend. ... Read more

Great experience reserving a unit! I worked with Carlvel to tour the building and find what works for our needs. He was very informative, super nice, and quick to respond to emails. Hope, also lovely to work with, helped me complete my booking and made the checkout process quick and simple. Even when I typed in my new code three times incorrectly, they were both incredibly jovial and patient. Highly recommend! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
