The most low quality unreliable and shady facility I have ever encountered. They literally will lie to police claiming you are late with rent and then they take your belongings and trespass you while they load your families belongings in their truck and take off with it. Its a joke of a business and the Tumwater police are a joke of a PD who do not know how to envestigate to find out the facts of the situation. Very unusual activity at this place including drug manufacturing of sorts. I have witnessed all of this first hand. Do not store you things here. ... Read more

The owner talks to other renters about your storage bill. I was late on my payment due to unforeseen circumstances but as soon as I had the money to pay they would not allow me to pay for the month I was late but made me pay for the month I was late plus the bill for the next month then proceeded to tell me they will not except partial payments. It’s not a partial payment if the next payment isn’t even late. That’s called prepaid. They had no problems taking my money when I paid 3 months in advance but won’t except it now unless I have 2 months worth of payments?! This is a nice facility and it’s great that it’s open 24 hours but the lady who works the front desk is miserable, hates her job & it shows. Horrible & inconsistent service. Very clean & well kept property and accessible 24 hours a day which is very convenient but the rules there don’t apply to everyone. Some things are ok with certain tenants & not for others. They pick & choose who has to follow the rules & who doesn’t. How they decide that I’m not sure. Regardless it’s wrong. They have someone living on the property in their van. Which is clearly against the rules. But I’ve seen the couple play fetch with their dog & even have the mechanic come check out their van on the property. ... Read more

Love it that it's 24 hour access!!! Everytime I'm there security rolls on through, which makes me happy knowing my stuffs is secure. They make a point to talk to every person who's there, which to me shows they're actually doing their job & not just making the rounds for show. I appreciate the management for being on point about protecting the property & having as many cameras set up as they do. And the prices are the best in the area, especially with the 24hr gate access. I like the fact that they have security that comes thru a few different times a day/night. I also like the fact that you can be there 24 hours a day. My only issue is with their system security measures for example with power outages their gate just opens... I dont feel that safe with my stuff being open in the event of a power outage. But they do have extensive security camera coverage which is nice as long as there is some way to continue running with no power... I think they need an onsite generator to power the gate and cameras when this does occur ... Read more
