Very friendly staff. Clean units and ground. I work for a different storage facility not in the Woodland area. If you are in Woodland or Longview, this is the place to go. I know my stuff. They are good here. ... Read more

They don’t fix anything, the gate contstantly has issues, doors for interior access have been broken and mine doesn’t shut all the way. Now there’s been a flood. Likely an outside door water access but the whole interior floor is damp with a dirt film on it. I point out the door issue in the past and they act like they have no clue how to get something as simple as a door not closing fixed. It’s been open for literally weeks now and it’s a simple door spring issue not closing the door. The flood is beyond comprehension why they are clueless!!! Moss grows around the outside and other maintenance issues which are clearly now escalating. ... Read more

Hi, it’s been around two years now I’ve been renting my storage unit now and I’ve had absolutely no problems with the wonderful ladies that run these storage units they’ll go out of their way above and beyond to accommodate their customers. These negative reviews kinda blows my mind makes me wonder if the other people that wrote these negative reviews don’t have some other underlying problems in their own lives to write such a bad review. Nonetheless the ladies that work at this facility are awesome and bless their hearts would go out of their ways to help their customers. I just wanted to say thank you to each and everyone of them for being so very kind and for going out of their way for this customer of two years so thank you to all the employees and employers of Put It In Storage at Woodland Washington. Sincerely Regina Goebel ... Read more

I called last week to get a storage unit and left a message to be put on a waiting list if possible. My message was not returned. I stopped today to ask if I could be put on a waiting list. The older lady, about 70 with bad teeth was extremely rude. I asked her if I had done something wrong? She replied "Not yet you haven't." and continued huffing and puffing. I wouldn't waste my time with these people. Not only do they not have the courtesy to return your calls but treat you rudely when you try to talk to them politely. This was March 1st at about 2pm. I'l take my business elsewhere. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
