My unit had water damage and my property some of my was damaged and had to be thrown away. I had insurance with the company for this unit and the denied my claim. So I would never use this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The employees were polite and helpful. However the claims adjuster and the porperty manager failed in properly assisting me resolving the issue. ... Read more

This storage facility has a serious mouse infestation problem. I found droppings and signs of rodents all around my unit, which made me worry about the safety of my belongings. I was afraid to go inside my unit. All my clothes stink so bad. A storage place should be clean, safe, and secure — but this location clearly isn’t being maintained properly. Until they address the rodent issue, I can’t recommend storing anything here.then they have audacity to go up on your rent by 33%. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
