Since 6 years ago this place has changed to 3 different owners/businesses; they tell you that the price is increasing because they are adding security cameras, they are paving the gravel , what ever else they use as a poor excuse to increase the prices. They randomly call one day and say your "lock" is missing and you'll need to come down and put a new one , oh did I mention the fact our storage unit has been broken into over 6 times ? Various items stolen , no one held accountable and they "don't know who did it or when it happened" Okay then please do tell me ; what exactly are we paying storage insurance that you insist on for ? And why has our unit been broken into numerous times or the lock is conveniently missing ? Where is the security footage ? And when is this going to be taken seriously ? Honestly stay away from this place they've been robbing my fiancé and I blind for years now and they never have answers for what's going to be done about the situations at hand. ... Read more

DO N NOT LET YOUR SCREEN TIME OUT. Seriously, it erases all your $hit. Drove me nuts. Also don't forget to turn on your "DO NOT DISTURB " on your phone. If ya get a call while trying to register and rent your unit online, it's gone again. But after that it's a pretty sweet facility. Zero hassle getting to your unit for the 1st time, and I'm happy I got my unit. I'm gonna stay as long as I need. They are reasonably priced as well. I'd recommend KO to anyone. ... Read more

Terrible customer service Trash everywhere (when they cut a lock they would just leave it). Lazy and rude manager Overall I am very disappointed with this company, I won't give them my business or recommend them even to my worst enemy. They don't work with you if you need to make a payment arrangement, they don't call you back when you have questions or concerns, heck I don't think they work at all..... I will be putting together a more detailed review of my experience with this company. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that KO Storage - 207 East Prosser Road has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by KO Storage - 207 East Prosser Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by KO Storage - 207 East Prosser Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $105 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $147 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
