I've rented a unit for the past year and never have had any issues. The owners are very understanding and will help you anyway possible.. on one occasion while making the rounds they noticed I had forgot to lock my unit. They immediately called me to let me know and all was well.. If I ever need a storage unit this place is definitely by far the best and you will not have any worries on safety in the unit or outside adding or removing your pocessions. I 1000% would recommend this company ... Thank you for all you do.

I had two units with Chapman. Just cleaned out my last one after two years. They were well maintained. Pest free that whole time. Used climate control which worked well. Billing was very easy. Always sent reminders when I forgot. When I finally moved out I was within the first seven days of my month so I got charged daily instead of the full month which I really appreciated. I have one suggestion- lights in individual units would be helpful. I highly recommend them.
