I have been using Extra Space Storage for the past 3 years now. I had a storage space in Florida about 3 years ago until I moved back to Arizona, I opted to rent with ESS again. I had been dealing with the Store Manager, Tyler Schwenk for the past couple years and I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about the way he runs his facilities. The unit I had rented off of Crismon in Mesa was always neat, clean, easily accessible and there always seemed to be someone available during operation hours for any assistance. Tyler goes far above in customer service and understands the needs of each person renting units. When I needed to rent a storage space recently, much to my dismay, I had discovered that he no longer worked at the Crismon site. I was finally given his new location off of Southern and am now renting againat his new location. Thank you Extra Storage Space for hiring friendly, knowledgeable, competent employees! It is greatly appreciated!

I booked my unit online and then I went inside to make sure all the information that I received online was correct. I had Eileen help me, she is literally the sweetest and coolest person ever but she only works one day a week so if you’re going to go in, I suggest going in on a Friday!

Property is quiet and well cared for. Easiest move in and came back because the big guys down the road like to double your rent after 4 mos. The mgrs are helpful if I need anything and even when I call and get their call center they seem to know the property and can help with my bills and stuff.

This place is great. I've got our Hallett 240 in the boat barn. They pull it out and put it to bed promptly when I ask. Facility is super clean and the custom code to get 24/7 access is perfect. I feel confident leaving the boat with them. Very secure storage. Vallet service is closed on Sundays so you just have to plan ahead if you need the boat. You can have them pull it out before close on Saturday. Other than that they have super friendly staff. Auto bill is available so there is no worries if you are paid up. Great place if you can get a spot. There is a reason it's tough to get one.
