Good service, friendly and fast.

I had an appointment at another ExtraSpace facility but no one was there and the main office was completely unhelpful. I decided to take a chance and go to the Mariner Square facility. There, I met Riley Brown who was just completing a transaction with another customer. Riley was extremely helpful as I explained that I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed because I’m more a visual person so they took me through to see the various units available. It was a great experience. Riley certainly understands customer service and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this facility.

Great place

Daniel is a good worker and provides good service.

Thank you Veronica for your very kind service.

Booking the storage unit was so easy! Service is so friendly and moving in to the storage unit was a very smooth experience. Would definitely recommend storing your items here.

I had a great experience getting my storage unit set up at the two different Garden Grove locations on Garden Grove Blvd. James, Shaun, and Elizabeth were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. They took the time to help me figure out which location and setup would work best for me, considering both cost and convenience. I really appreciated that they listened to what I needed and helped me find the option that made the most sense rather than simply rushing me through the process. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, James, Shaun, and Elizabeth, for making the process so easy and stress-free.

I have had a great experience with this storage facility! The property is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The manager was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the right unit for my needs. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in keeping the facility in excellent condition. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and well-managed storage facility! Thank you Patricia and Daniella for all your help!
