Car storage units in California

Damaris was very helpful getting us a great site. Friendly, courteous and efficient. Great location.

North Bench has easy access both in and out. It is securely tucked away out of public view and very private. Each time I've been there, it's always been quite peaceful. You won't see a store front or office, but for the protection of the tenants, it's very obvious that they have eyes on the property at all times. Oh, and yes, they also have electronic surveillance. I've have not yet interacted in person with the management while at the facility. I believe the reason for that is they respect our privacy. However, contacting them has always been simple and almost immediate, either by phone or email. There are several amenities that I didn't expect to see. In fact, most RV storage companies don't offer any. I won't give any of the details; that because it's private. They do have certain time limitations for the tenants when entering or exiting the facility. No doubt this is for security reasons, but I'd eventually like to see that time extended. Not everyone works a 9 to 5 job; some folks are up and/or working during the night and sleeping during the day; it's a 24-hour world out there. Definitely 5 STARS ?? ????????

I agree with the reviewer that the management can be a bit quirky (it is a multi-generational family that runs the place). But once you get past that, they are actually very nice and helpful. But here's the thing, the place is cheaper than other more modern, buttoned down places, and offer many more services. You can dump your tanks, fill water, fill air and dump trash. Try that at the other places. We just moved out of the area and are paying more for less (outside of the bay area!!!). We definitely miss our spot here.

This place is amazing and the staff are wonderful and so very helpful and accommodating . I cannot say enough good words about this storage facility . Had our trailer with them for almost 5 years and it always felt safe there. Only removed it due to a move out of state . Feel sad to leave . Thank you for everything you did for us . 10/10 Just to add - that we decided to keep our trailer up in Oregon each summer for 6 months of the year and bring it back to this excellent storage facility in Rocklin CA for the other 6 months of the year. We store it indoors with them - it is peace of mind for us being we live in another state now. Our Airstream always feels very safe here at this facility and the owner and the staff are always very helpful and courteous too . I would definitely recommend everyone to store their beloved trailers and boats here . I would still give this facility 10/10 for all their hard work and care they take - looking after our trailer . Thank you .
