We have been with this facility for over six years originally Anaheim RV Storage and then US Storage bought them out. Luke, the facility manager is phenomenal and very attentive to his customers. Whenever we have a concern, we reach out to Luke and he immediately responds and takes care of us to the fullest. Today I had a concern with my remote and the access code, and I went over and saw him, and he immediately stopped what he was doing, and addressed my concerns promptly. He always has a smile on his face and is very welcoming. I thought about relocating to another facility, closer to home but one of the main reasons I’m staying with US Storage is because of Luke. Of course the facility is clean, never had any concerns and always well kept up. The extra amenities like the dump station and ice is always a plus that you don’t get at the other RV storage but Luke is also one of the primary reasons. Thank you, Luke for all your help and always making us feel welcomed, you’re very much appreciated.
