Melissa is the main reason we stayed with Outrig when they took over the storage facility. She is personable, kind, very efficient and knows everything about what is going on. She can answer any question you have. I was glad to hear that Outrig will soon have someone who can repair RVs and we will be able to get our RV washed.

Jonathan, the manager, was especially helpful—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience even better. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was clear, which goes a long way. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean the facility is. The lobby is spotless and, surprisingly, it even smells really good—something you don’t always expect from a storage place. It just shows the level of care they put into maintaining the property. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a hassle-free storage experience with great customer service.

My visit started out very stressful, as I couldn't get my door open. I stood there struggling for awhile before I decided to call the office. That's when Letty came to my rescue. Honestly her response time was impressive. In previous experiences we've had to wait a bit before the associate on duty would show up to our unit, as I could imagine it being difficult being the only person there. Letty was very kind and assisted with opening my door. When I was ready to leave I couldn't get my latch to close, I had asked two gentlemen to assist me since they were near and none of us were able to get it shut. Talk about bad luck. I started to panic as I had to leave to get my son from school. That's when Lety came to my rescue once again. I expected it to take some time as multiple people had attempted at this point. She had it fixed within minutes! Letty gave the best customer service I've ever experienced at this location and we've been there for 5years! Thanks again Letty! You're awesome!
