I booked a locker online through a third party for May 9th . The interface between the 3rd party and Diamond Storage was glitching. We were booked by the 3rd party into a locker that didn’t exist and at a price “that didn’t exist” The delightful, friendly and helpful lady (I wish I could remember your name), went above and beyond by reaching out to her manager and sharing our story. In the end we were set up in their last available storage locker. We were able to move our son’s belongings out of his dorm and into the unit that day. Thank you for your excellent customer service and kindness to us. We would definitely recommend Diamond Storage in Grand Junction for you storage needs.
