We had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Pensacola for about a year and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly easy. from initially setting up the unit to eventually moving out when we no longer needed it. The facility was always clean, well maintained, and most importantly, we always felt completely safe when visiting the property. Our unit stayed in great condition the entire time, and accessing the facility through the app was extremely convenient and worked seamlessly. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Anytime we needed assistance, it was easy to get in touch with an actual person, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Even closing out our unit was simple and hassle-free. After storing our belongings here for nearly a year, I can confidently recommend this Extra Space Storage location. Clean, secure, convenient, and exceptionally well run. If we ever need storage in the Pensacola area again, this is absolutely where we would go!

We had a very pleasant experience working with Arianna. She was professional and quite helpful. Our storage units were nice, clean and reasonably priced. We also had no issues entering or exiting the units.

The staff is exceptional, and the grounds and buildings are immaculate. Only place I trust for our storage needs in Florida.

Very clean and straightforward

From the time we walk in to the time we left everyone was very accommodating. Shane was the gentleman who helped us through the entire transaction and I would highly recommend him.
