The property looks much cleaner and better maintained, and it’s clear that management is putting in the effort to improve the overall environment. The upgrades and attention to the property really show, and the staff has been friendly and professional whenever I’ve interacted with them. Michael, the property manager is the most helpful, friendly and understanding manager I've met, especially in the storage industry. Typically dealing with storage and moving companies (and corporate and AI bots) is a painful and unpleasant experience across many states, but Michael makes the process easy, especially in Florida. He explains the storage options, pricing, due dates, payment methods, and what space is the best fit for your storage needs. He is the only reason I stayed with iStorage (even though it's not the closest to me) because he really cares and takes the time to treat you as a human being and not a credit card. I've been fortunate to have him help me on a few questions and he's always been very professional and a wonderful listener who has the best local classic rock playing in the office (Sarasota, FL WSRQ).

10 outta ten recommend!!!!! I reserved my 5x5 unit a few days ago, and even over the phone the customer service was exceptional. The employees were kind and informative, also patient being I kept changing my mind on size or when I’d be renting/arriving lol! Today I was immediately was greeted on arrival and graciously shown my unit and directed how to use the gate code and informed the most convenient entrance and access to my unit. Brand new Lock was in the unit with key. Ready in case I were to arrive after office hours. Most importantly the entire building is cool and comfortable. No staleness or musty air. Literally smells nice, they keep it clean. The employee even made a point to tell me where the restrooms are and offered a cart of my choice or convenience. All around Very pleased. I feel comfortable having my things here. Safe environment. Thank you self storage!
