Car storage units in Florida

Great quick and easy lady at front was super nice and helpful

Tami set up my app for me and was very nice

We just sold our home in Maine and needed storage in the Destin area and wasn't getting much help from any other storage unit places not even a call back after several days then I bumped into Kayla with Public Storage and she spent an unbelievable amount of time with me, clarifying my needs getting everything all set up and taking care of a couple of issues that we had. I cannot be more happy with Public Storage and how Kayla treated us. She went way above and beyond and I hope her boss knows that he has a tremendous asset with her as an Employee.

Dylan helped me tremendously in transferring from one unit to another as I was downsizing

Very professional customer service. You are fortunate to have such an excellent employee.

Thank you April for giving me the best unit onsite!!! You are the best at storage!

The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers, everything is very clean and welcoming

I’ve had 2 storage units at this location for nearly 5 years and it’s been a blessing. When I was first looking for storage I spoke with Jack and he was incredibly helpful on what sizes I would need and why. Twice throughout my rentals here I’ve lost my key (??) and both times Jack was also the one to help me. He was always patient and kind when dealing with me and my forgetfulness. Recently I consolidated my things down to one unit and again was met with Jack at the front and again he was patient and kind. He always been helpful and kind. Great employee and great units!

Jasmine made the process so easy! She answered all my questions, got me in the right sized unit. Great service!
