Car storage units in Florida

If the need arises, we will definitely use Elite Motorcoach McIntosh location again. Even thru the hurricanes of 2024, everything was well protected. I so appreciate the property manager Lori. The few times we had issues, either with the gate, billing or something else, she was always quick to respond and resolve. Having an on-site , go to person that took our concerns seriously is one of the reasons I would use this location again. Definitely five stars.

Clean space - secure and convenient

Great location to Babcock Ranch with excellent hours.

Great storage, excellent service, safe location.

Just started storing my boat and travel trailer here.

Rented an 8x10 today online and was very shocked that it did not mention ANYWHERE that if you start your lease on a date other than the first, that your rent is due AGAIN the 1st of next month! So when I signed up using a promo for 1 month free rent, and today being the 26th, it told me my rent would be due again in just FOUR DAYS! Needless to say I wasn't happy, because again, no where was that disclosed online. I even went back and went through all the steps again as if I was renting another storage unit just to be sure I hadn't missed it somewhere! Nope, not disclosed! Didn't even know it until I got the email and it showed my next payment was due in 4 days. I called and the lady at the Navarre florida office was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She said had I come into the office they would have told me that, but online it does not. I said had I known I would have just waited 4 days! She was able to credit my account for next month's rent, but the $17 insurance is paid today is due again in 4 days!!! Either way, I went and checked the unit out and it had some issues (weird shelving and uneven floor from huge globs of paint. (Like a 5 gallon bucket worth) so she again was very helpful and switched my unit for me. The price is great and very convenient to my home, so I'm overall glad I went with this location. Just beware, if you are doing a promo, do it on the 1st or 2nd day of the month to get your money's worth!

The online rental process was smooth and easy. The location called within minutes of my reservation to confirm everything and make sure I didn’t have any questions. They also allowed us to come in and view the unit before signing the paperwork, which was very helpful in making sure the size was exactly what we needed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the paperwork process quick and easy. The location is also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

This facility has a drive-thru tunnel with climate controlled units - great security feature, and perfect for unloading in the rain!
