She has provided a level of professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail that goes far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a storage facility employee. From the very beginning, K’le took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect storage unit that fit my requirements while also keeping the price reasonable. She treated me not just as a customer, but as a potential long-term client, and her commitment to making sure I was satisfied truly stood out. Her perfectionism and pride in her work are evident in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled correctly and that customers feel valued. Whether it was helping me with my storage needs or quickly responding when I needed assistance, she has consistently shown that she genuinely cares. I am very happy with SROA Orange park, fl location. Miss Celia was very kind and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Have been with this location for several years, and have never had any issues. Very easy to enter and exit from roadway. Very secure.Staff is friendly and professional.
