I had an exceptional experience at Extra Space Storage in Coconut Creek, and I have to give a huge thank-you to Janny for making what started as a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. I walked into the office extremely stressed, overwhelmed, and in a rush to find a storage unit. I was honestly so close to turning around and leaving because I felt like I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with everything. But Janny immediately made me feel comfortable and right at home. She was incredibly friendly, respectful, patient, and understanding. She took the time to patiently walk me through all of my options, showed me different storage units, and gave me a clear breakdown of the prices so I could understand exactly what I was getting. She never made me feel pressured or rushed. Instead, she listened to what I needed and helped me find a unit that I felt completely comfortable with. I left extremely happy and relieved. What impressed me even more was how patient and kind she was with my toddler, who was running around the office while I was trying to get everything taken care of. She never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about it, and that meant so much to me. Janny truly understands what customer service is all about. She understands that sometimes customers walk through the door carrying a lot of stress, and the way you treat them can make all the difference. She turned a stressful experience into one where I felt welcomed, respected, and taken care of. Thank you, Janny, for going above and beyond and for making me feel like I was more than just another customer. Your kindness, patience, and professionalism really stood out.
