Excellent Emerline. Well, this review is no longer valid after months of payments. I signed a contract for 61 and they increased it to 79. Please explain this. Besides, when I went to cancel, there was no one there and they don't answer the phone. This is terrible. I paid today, March 13, 2026, and withdrew what I had. If you continue charging me, it's your problem. You are irresponsible. What a scam!

Unlike some other experiences I've had, they seem to prioritize keeping long-term staff on site who are knowledgeable about the specific location. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Facility Security and Cleanliness: The facility itself is immaculate—clean, well-lit, and, most importantly, secure. I had peace of mind knowing my belongings were in a climate-controlled environment, which is crucial for furniture and electronics in humid climates. The property has modern security features, including robust surveillance and well-protected, secured entry points. It is evident that the company takes the "safeguard" part of their name seriously. Access and Convenience: Access hours are reasonable, allowing me to get to my unit in the evening after work without issues. The loading areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to move large items with moving carts, which are readily available and in good condition. The rental process is straightforward and, in many cases, enhanced by available, full-service management team. Great price compared to older, non-climate-controlled, rural storage options, the price is justified by the security, cleanliness, and level of service. If you are looking for a reliable, safe, and clean place to store your belongings for a few months or a few years, I highly recommend this company. Their top-tier customer service makes a stressful move significantly easier!
