We got 2 of the 10x30 units in Feb 2025. Barbara at this location is simply super!! The office and premises are always invitingly clean, the gate access with the phone app is awesome. Prices are fairly reasonable. Safe and secure.

Excellent, After-Hours, Customer Service. Super helpful. Long story. I made mistake: left locker open, with my house keys. We went back in, as another car left, slightly past 9pm. Couldn't exit & didn't have our phones. Someone at outside locker, lent us their phone. Customer Service assisted us, through proper procedures & we exited. Thank you so much. We learned our lessons: no after 9pm & have our phones with us, always.
