UPDATE: Despite having moved out last week, I was given a $50 “Non-Compliance” fee because my car had a flat tire. A flat tire I had already replaced prior to moving out. As expected, when I call the property to speak to the manager, no one is ever actually working at this location to answer the phone. By contrast, the competition down the road that charges A LOT less for vehicle storage, has posted office hours and has someone available to answer the phone to help resolve issues right away. When I moved in my parking space cost roughly $80 a month. A year later they wanted $160 for the same outdoor parking space. Nearly every time I called the office no one answered because no one ever seems to actually physically work there, but if there was ever an issue with my car they didn’t hesitate to leave a message saying I would get a $50 charge if it wasn’t addressed immediately. The competition down the street costs half as much and actually have people in the office to help when needed. ... Read more

We purchased a 10x20 garage unit which we were assured my Yukon would fit. At the last minute, right before my flight, I came to store my truck and it did not fit, as promised. We purchased a new home out of town and received a call from Hunter. Even though I canceled the service I paid for and never used, he was very rude and told me if we do not remove the lock we would continue to be charged. I politely asked him to remove the lock and dispose of it (at my cost) because I was out of town and could not get there for a few months. He declined and hung up on me. How unprofessional. ... I do not recommend buying storages that are uploaded in this place, really my experience was very unpleasant, I gave it a star to put my comment, but I wouldn't put a star because for me it doesn't even deserve a star thanks to such a deception, I am totally disappointed with the staff of this storage, since they deceive the people we bought in the Storage Treasures auction application, I really feel robbed since in the description that was detailed of the storage literally it said (SOLD AS IS!!!, Boxes / Bags / Totes) that one trusts in such a description because supposedly they could not open the storage because things were going to fall, things that did not fall when I opened the storage door, then why do they put that there were (Boxes / Bags / Totes) if they could not open the storage door, that is deception to the customer who buys at the auction, because if they put the disaster of old ... This is my first time using a storage unit and all i have to say is if you see this place RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Terrible company the online agents are rude, uneducated, unprofessional and just straight up useless im unsure what the company even pays them to do. They violate their own policies and participate in illegal actions, such as refusing to remove a padlock from my unit even after my past due balance was rectified. This company tries to scam people and get one over on you if they think you have no knowledge of florida storage lein laws. I cant comment on the customer service because after calling over 15 times this morning i still can not get the property manager to answer the phone. I worked really hard for my personal things and unfortunately went through a rough patch. Ive always paid on time, I wasnt able to pay 1 month on time after having this unit since August and when i finally paid the balance plus all late fees i was still denied access to my unit. Also when i initially signed up for this unit they charged me $30 for my first month and to get the keys and move in. Then charged me rent again 5 days later but only in the amount of $12 ? This place has just been the worst experience. They dont make sense, no one has answers, no one is trying to help me. I made an arrangement via email to hsve my things moved by 1/3/25 and they are refusing to honor the agreement by holding my things hostage. UPDATE: My stepdad unaware of the situation paid the rwnt for January, i received confimation email and hours later was sent an additional email stating i still owe 80 and change when that is incorrect, i should have received a release of lien and the code to tbe padlock but instead my property is still being withheld. No one from the store answers the phone ever now im going to the BBB and taking this as far as i need to. I wont be bullied by this company. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
