We are so grateful to have this clean, reasonably priced and very safe storage on Genter Grove road in Edwardsville. Stephanie has been so helpful. The storage has on site management personnel during daytime business hours. We have been able to do almost all of our business in person, or on the phone, with a real person. I have personally seen them roaming the lot and checking out all the units and vehicles in real time. There are plenty of cameras to check out everything, it is nice to know that a real person looks around and notices what is going on in the lot. As a retired Navy couple, we are grateful for the military discount, makes a good deal even better! Thank you ??

I moved early last year to Troy Illinois. I looked at a few storage unit facility's. I ended up going with Extra Space Storage. It's close to my new home and had the perfect 10'x 20' unit. Slowly but surely I moved quite a bit stuff to my new home. Yesterday I called Extra Space Storage looking to down size. I spoke with Unata and she fixed me up with a 10'x 10' unit that was perfect!
