    I helped move my sister last year and the code they give her never works . You cannot get to your unit when you have people to help you move . The same thing just happened this year . We are here and we cannot get in . They said they tried opening it remote and it won’t open . This is ridiculous. What are you supposed to to do . You pay good money and cannot get your things . Took vacation to move and can’t . Not acceptable. My step sister said she got locked in here and had to call 911 to get out one time ... Read more

    The staff at Prairie Street storage went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue, they were quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue, and by the way, the issue was not anything that they caused, and not only were they professional, but they were kind and caring.     Very poor to work with. They have extremely limited hours for appointments to rent a unit. No onsite presence. Sales girl works from her car covering all their businesses and she quits working at 4. Made special arrangement to meet the owner/boss at 5 after we get off work for a promised unit. Arrived and suddenly nothing was available. Boss seemed confused and really couldn't tell whether a certain unit was available or not. Systems were inaccurate and sales girl unavailable to clarify. So after waiting two days and making special arrangements at work to accommodate their limited schedules, I ended up with nothing except a pitch to bait and switch me to a different one of their properties that would not work for me. Waste of time and not particularly friendly attitudes from either party I dealt with. I'd look elsewhere first if you want decent service ... Read more
