Again, an outstanding facility! In an era when customer service is no longer a priority, this is NOT the case with Next Door self storage on Wolf's crossing! Kim has taken care of me over the last 3 years when I have needed space for various reasons. My son broke the key off in the lock and Kim worked with me for 20 minutes to assist me in utilizing her OWN tool from her car to get the jammed piece out, saving me a "cut off" charge of $75! I now affectionally refer to her as "McGyver." I have to say I am thrilled with Kim and the entire overall cleanliness of this facility! Bravo!

From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I found exactly what I needed. Tammy really goes above and beyond for customers. His positive attitude, patience, and great customer service made a huge difference. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about helping people. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and feels very secure, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings there.
