I was very, much impressed when I went to the public storage in Lombard, at 330 N Ave. My first impression was wow these are gonna be pretty small for what I might need to leave in there as far as my clothing and other various items but what made me change my mind completely is Diane. She was incredibly sweet very knowledgeable. And was definitely the key factor that made me change my mind. I love being able to communicate with people that are very nice that explains stuff thoroughly and that she was. She knew her job 100% and was very Happy she had great communication skills. And overall was just a delight to work with through this moving process thank you Diane. I appreciate all your help. You were an amazing person And keep up the work ethics. Thank you for answering every question I had. I really appreciate your help very much. I definitely will stick to this public storage although it’s a little further away from my location. It’s OK it’s what matters when people that work there make it worth going there again thank you so much for your positive and everything. I asked you you were able to answer every question you didn’t rush me. I didn’t feel rushed. You provided every answer on every question I had.
