Today I experienced the most pleasant customer service in a long time. Jeannie was very informing with my million questions I had about the different units. She was very patient and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She made the process very easy and I was in a unit within 15 mins. I am very pleased with my experience at this location and even recommended a few people to stop by if they’re in need of a unit. Thank you Jeannie for your hospitality. I truly appreciate it.

The facility itself is extremely clean, and you can tell the temperature control is actually working (not just something they advertise). I’ve never had any issues with my items—no damage, nothing missing—and getting in and out is always quick and easy. The actual highlight is the store manager at this facility. Roberto at Extra Space Storage on Diversey is genuinely nice every time I go in (or call, which is a lot!)—always in a good mood, always willing to help, and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. What impresses me the most is that he actually follows through. If he misses a call from you, he’ll call you back. If he says he is going to work on something for you, he really does and tries everything he can to help. That alone feels rare these days. You can tell he really cares about doing his job well, not just going through the motions. I even saw him dusting the office one day, which kind of says everything about the type of person he is. His work ethic and attention to detail is obvious. I have been using this facility for probably 2 decades off and on. That should speak for itself.
