Todd has been great to work with. The metal latch on my mom’s unit was messed up. He came down to fix it. He knew we were leaving & coming back. He said, why don’t I just go ahead & replace it. It was replaced & working great by the time we got back. The next week, my mom’s payment was denied. He called to let her know. She’s 87 so called me concerned. I spoke with Todd & got the situation straightened out. Turns out her credit card was hacked. He assured us that we had a few days before a late charge would be assessed. I really appreciate him giving us a heads up right away.

Great experience altogether

I had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Rachelle and Chris. They noticed I was struggling with my lock and immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. What really stood out was their genuine willingness to serve and make sure I was taken care of. Their kindness, patience, and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. It is clear they both take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. Public Storage is lucky to have team members like Rachelle and Chris. Thank you both again for going above and beyond.
