The property manager, Sarah Exposito was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process. Overall, NSA Storage (iStorage parent company) does all the things listed in the reviews that have been posted here, to include periodically raising rates, using call centers to answer calls and pressuring potential renters to lock in their spot immediately, etc. That being said, Sarah offset all of this with her excellent customer service, common sense, and willingness to help. I highly recommend that you go in person and work with her directly, she will be the reason I use iStorage again in the future.
