Second time I’ve rented here and both times no problems

Greeting and assistance was professional. He answered my questions to my satisfaction since I had never rented space before. Based on initial interaction, I would recommend his service to others. Update: April 2026: Several issues have come to light in this short time which makes me update his review: Elevator outage; I went there one afternoon carrying two bags of heavy items. I go there and th elevator was not working. I looked around for a stairwell to take me to the second floor. I did not find it. I had to turn around and get back on the bus with those two heavy bags. There was no signage that the elevator was out of service. Nor was there an signage telling you there was another elevator. Two days later, I go back (this time only taking one bag). Elevator still out of service. There is a note. I look around to see if I see anyone who could tell me where the stairwell was located. Went back out to see if anyone was in the office, It was empty. I go back in and I hear noise from a service room. There was someone there. I asked him if he knew where the stairwell was located. He shrugged his shoulders, and said I don know. He said the lady was still in the office. She says to me there is another elevator at the back of the building. Signage would be great. Been going to building since February had no idea that there was a back the building with an elevator. Proper signage was certainly would have helped, I would not have had to haul two heavy bags back home via bus. On my way out, I encountered someone coming in, she stops me to ask about the back elevator. Shane I had a discussion about signage o lack the of. Mice calling card: Yesterday, I was there to leave some items. I also took a plastic storage container for future usage. I did some rearranging of items. Today, April 17, 2026. I go to my locker, what do I see on the top of two of my containers: mice droppings. After packing my items, I went to the office. First to pay my bill and to bring to their attention what I saw. I expected her as manager of this facility to (1) admit that there was a mice issue and (2) maybe mention how often extermination service is done. Instead, she proceeds to tell me that I would have to discuss that with my homeowners insurance, since I do not carry their insurance. I could not believe my ears. I mention the opening along the top between my locker and the one next door. A gateway for mice to travel from one locker to another. Bill payment: last month I received a credit because these items I am storing, are covered by my condo homeowners insurance. I was under the impression that this credit would apply each month. However, had I taken their insurance, it would be added to my monthly bill. Go figure. Sounds like funny math to me.
