Matt is an exemplaryemployee that most companies rarely get the pleasure of having on their payroll! His patience, understanding and kindness are a lot of traits that you don’t find in the customer service industry anymore. I haven’t rented the storage unit in over 25 years. He covered all the basics and made sure there was a clear understanding what the expectations were regarding renting the unit. It was truly one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve encountered and wish he could be cloned because we need more people like him in this world!

That meant more than they probably realize. It wasn’t about the lock — it was about being seen and supported during the process. The pricing is fair, the place is clean, and the people are genuine. I’ve done a lot of reviews, and I don’t speak on places unless it’s real. This is one of those places. If you’re looking for storage and want to deal with good people, I recommend them.
