Best storage facility experience that I have ever had. Their customer service is awesome, and the prices very competitive. I had a heck of a time getting any other facilities to even reply to my inquiry, but these guys were on top of it. It was so easy to reserve the unit online, and make automatic payments. Their communication is great, and best of all...you can use their cargo trailer to move your items when the time comes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hassle free storage solutions.

One of the most reasonable per square foot in the metro. Easy self service. Anytime I had any issues with billing or questions, the owners were very understanding and treated us like a real person instead of a number. They worked with me fixed the issue. The units are large and simple. I was able to maneuver a large 20 ft trailer in the area and the traffic is really low. If I need a storage unit in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate reaching out Mega Storage. Overall great experience.

We rented a unit from them for a few years and they were always great to work with! If there were technical issues with the gate they were addressed quickly and anytime we had to reach out they were always quick to respond! The units were clean and they had pallets you could use to keep items off the floor. If we need another storage unit in the future we would absolutely go back to rent with them!
