I was looking for public storage for the first time, had no I know experience of a public storage and didn't know what to expect. I came across store 8124 in Brooklyn Park and I decided to call that number, oh my God if I tell you the customer service was amazing, it was. The phone conversation was appealing and impressive, I spoke with Jenny and she was very nice, she give me all the information I needed and even make time to show me storage space. I came today in person at the store 8124, and met Katie, her smile was welcoming and such a gentle voice. Then came Jenny who took me around and give me even more information. Both of them were amazing. excellent customer service, they told me all I needed to know and what to expect. I was also able to lock in a special promotion deal, I'm excited.
