If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is horrible and mice filled !! All of your things will be ruined. We had things stored there from a family member that passed away and its covered in mice droppings and pee ! Things are bitten into and smell horrible ! This is ridiculous because the price you pay to store your things and they get ruined is insane ! AVOID AT ALL COST . They have holes in the units that the mice get through. The mice has droppings all over the unit ! I will post pictures soon . This is ridiculous. ... Read more

Very unwilling to be reasonable, as went to pickup a locker won on auction, between the rain and traffic, was running literally 10 minutes behind schedule, called in to talk to manager, no answer, had rented a trailer to go and pick the stuff up too, and the manager apparently cancelled the sale because was barely even late for paying, and messed up thing is, said its upto facility if want to cancel or not, but was the ONLY bidder on 3 lockers, not like a whole list of people underneath they can offer it too. Unbelievable, and in my opinion, quite unreasonable! Won't be doing business ever again with this facility or any the facilities Sam manages. ... Read more

Customer Service: Very nice but you have to go in person. They won't pickup the phone. Unit: Decent when first rented (Outside Unit). After a year, found mice droppings. Mice went through most of the stuff. Had to re-clean everything and re-wrap everything. Overall: Unit was decently priced at first, then obviously it GOES UP for no reason. It states in the contract that it can go up anytime they choose, you only get a post card, so be very careful. Public storage is a rent a few months then leave kind of place. This place is filled with mice and not very clean. Will only rent if they keep the rent at $1. If you are planning to stay longer than the promotional, mice will go through all your stuff. Water also leaks through. Threw a lot of stuff away. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
