Really are a family oriented type of people. They're wlling to work with you and are understanding with the times with nowadays. Not to mention i did not have an issue with any damage. Plus they ARE CHEAPER then the new ones!

I enjoyed the opportunity and experience to use Prime Storage for the few months I did. They are very friendly and understanding about paying my storage bill to help any way they could. My most best experience was having to meet Kitty!! She was very polite and respectful to accommodate me knowing everything that the facility offered.

I have been searching for a storage unit, found this one at an amazing price, done everything online ran into a few issues with my code in the beginning but after the help of Rebecca, she walked me through everything and even reached back out to me and assured my new code worked. She went above and beyond and we feel at ease knowing such an amazing staff is there to help us.

Great prices very clean

I rented out a unit at this establishment for almost a year. From the time we got our unit to moving out, the transition was super smooth! I do want to commend this particular place on New Hope for their outstanding customer service. If I had a question about anything, they were super helpful and very friendly! We had a small hiccup on renting their truck which had an oil leak but they were right on it and got us a truck at their sister location on franklin (Which I highly DO NOT recommend that particular location, due to unsatisfactory customer service, please see that review on their page). Highly recommend this storage place on New Hope and will use them for any future storage needs I may have, thank you!!!
