Okay, I will say a few things here. This place looks "sketchy" from the outside. BUT we needed a place quickly to store an RV we bought. This place had low rates and 24hour access. This was great since we sometimes leave early or return late from trips. The lots were full of old cars and stuff that I was unsure about. We couldn't get our RV into the slip we were assigned. A call to the office to see if we could use a different spot we saw was answered with of course! They assured us they had been working diligently to get out old tenets that had abandoned property. We trusted the process lol. We returned a couple of weeks later for a trip and sure enough four spots had been cleared. Two more weeks later and some more were cleared. We decided to rent a unit here as our other storage facility for our property had doubled rates. They got the unit ready for us before our move in date with a new ceiling and was clean. We picked up the RV again for a trip and more stuff has been cleared up and new tenants have moved in. I am glad we made this choice. The office staff is ALWAYS nice, helpful and prompt. Always answers the phone and returning email questions in minutes! The prices are fair enough and they are working on cleaning up the lots. I look forward to seeing the end results.

I interacted today with two different locations and both of the people I dealt with were extremely professional and helped me select a unit that best serve my needs. They were friendly and warm and answered all of my questions. Both facilities were clean, and I feel very comfortable with the choices I made.

I reserved the storage unit without having seen it, first, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of space there was to store my items! I spoke to Ms. Jackie a few times about questions I had, as well as the Customer Service questions I had. Everyone was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the process! Each person made me feel as if I was the only customer that mattered, which especially helped, given my anxiety issues! Ms. Jackie was very calming and went the extra mile to ensure that I was less confused; otherwise, I would have cancelled the event all together!

I dont give 5 star reviews to anyone but Lisa at this facility definitely deserves it she has great customewr service , I have been there for about 6 months and she has helped me from moving in, to getting the rock locks at s moment notice, answering regular calls made as well as returning them and various other thingsits because of her I am extending my storage

Great price if you can catch one of their online deals at the right time… easy rental process! Especially appreciated their attentiveness to our unit when our lock was discovered to be off of our unit. They immediately called and had us go check everything. I appreciate the prompt response and security!

Life changing service, I even feel taller as I'm leaving.
