Car storage units in Winston - Salem, NC

Very friendly, and helpful. The unit size, is exactly what I needed. Thank you ??

Stephanie is fabulous! She found ways to make my business with them ready and less costly. She's a gem. I wish we could clone her.

I reserved the storage unit without having seen it, first, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of space there was to store my items! I spoke to Ms. Jackie a few times about questions I had, as well as the Customer Service questions I had. Everyone was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the process! Each person made me feel as if I was the only customer that mattered, which especially helped, given my anxiety issues! Ms. Jackie was very calming and went the extra mile to ensure that I was less confused; otherwise, I would have cancelled the event all together!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Very good customer service

Never bothered me. Payment were as expected. Move out was simple and easy to do online.

Great

Great customer service!

Highly recommend checking this facility out! I was just looking at options today, but I will definitely be back to secure a unit soon. What really made the experience stand out was Emily. She was absolutely awesome—super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great customer service!

Okay, I will say a few things here. This place looks "sketchy" from the outside. BUT we needed a place quickly to store an RV we bought. This place had low rates and 24hour access. This was great since we sometimes leave early or return late from trips. The lots were full of old cars and stuff that I was unsure about. We couldn't get our RV into the slip we were assigned. A call to the office to see if we could use a different spot we saw was answered with of course! They assured us they had been working diligently to get out old tenets that had abandoned property. We trusted the process lol. We returned a couple of weeks later for a trip and sure enough four spots had been cleared. Two more weeks later and some more were cleared. We decided to rent a unit here as our other storage facility for our property had doubled rates. They got the unit ready for us before our move in date with a new ceiling and was clean. We picked up the RV again for a trip and more stuff has been cleared up and new tenants have moved in. I am glad we made this choice. The office staff is ALWAYS nice, helpful and prompt. Always answers the phone and returning email questions in minutes! The prices are fair enough and they are working on cleaning up the lots. I look forward to seeing the end results.

nice storage and Heather is amazing and so helpful with moving from a smaller unit to a larger unit it wouldve taken me so much longer alone LOL!
