Booked a truck and dolly over a week in advance. When getting there today to complete my truck rental on the app after hours no appliance dolly was in the truck. Should have gave me a heads up the day prior when setting the truck up for 24/7 pick up. Won’t be using this location again for storage or truck needs. ... Read more

If you want to be cussed at, yelled at, talked over and racially profiled by the front desk clerk sherry. This is the place to be, I’ve had this storage for years and until she started working there and letting her own emotional feelings get in the way of doing her job, which is to HELP others, I had no issues. The amount of money I have spent here, had rent go up multiple times, with no warning, still made my payments and all while grieving a parent and having the clerk say she does not care. Bottom line, if you’re looking for terrible customer service and nasty attitudes, come here. Michael, the manager, is the only reason I am still here and has actually been sympathetic. However, nobody should have to go through management every month because the people who work in the front office are unable to control their temper and scream at a paying customer. ... Read more

I only want to get my personal papers and have advised them I don't want the other items they are free to take these and auction them off as they see fit. There is nothing anyone can do with my personal papers so I would like to have them back. If Amanda were still there I'm sure she would have worked it out so I could get those items. Since she left it's been different. ... Read more

AAA storage on Griffith Rd. is clean and the customer service you receive from Amanda is always great. I have been in the office when she has customers and she is the same to everyone. She will go the extra mile to assist a customer. The facility is convenient and has easy access to units for loading & unloading. It’s unfortunate that this location is loosing Amanda to another site within AAA, she is definitely an asset to this location & the company. I hope Amanda receives the compensation for her hard she deserves!!! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
