I recently rented a storage unit here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other facilities I checked, especially for the size I got. The unit is big and spacious. Security is solid — I feel confident leaving my belongings here. The lighting is excellent outside, making it easy and safe to load/unload even in the evening, and it’s decent inside the unit as well. This is my initial review of the storage. Since my first day of use here (May 16, 2026), some errors occurred in the system, so I couldn't access the storage with my entry code. However, the customer service team works even on weekends, and they tried to solve my problem and were able to get me into the storage. I would say that the best thing would be for nothing like this to happen, but sometimes it does, and the key is how you handle the situation.
