We were in need of a storage unit with 48 hours notice on Memorial Day weekend. Sam at the Chester location was extremely helpful in assisting us for securing a unit, setting up auto pay , downloading the app and giving us all the necessary info for access. Stopped back a couple of days later, to return the lock, they provided as we had our own. Kerry & staff were friendly and helpful. It was really a pleasure to secure this unit with such ease.

Clean & Efficient... Robbie was very professional and accommodating... My only complaint is the increase in rent... Went from $97 promo to $268 in less than one year.. needless to say I vacated.. otherwise good service..be prepared to pay more than expected...

I had signed up for a month-to-month rental of a 10x10 unit, but after realizing the unit didn’t include climate control—and since I needed to store valuable electronic equipment—I knew it wouldn’t work for my needs. I called the following day, which happened to be a Sunday, and left several messages. Early Monday, Tim promptly returned my call, listened to my concerns, and assured me that my unit would be canceled and my payment refunded. By the end of the day, I had received a full refund, including the administrative fee. I truly appreciate Tim’s professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who goes the extra mile to make things right. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern—be sure to ask for Tim!
