I truly love the Chester NY location! On a normal basis I don’t need to talk to anyone b/c they make it so easy. On the 2 occasions I have spoken to Jamie in the office she was truly amazing! Today she not only made my life easy but she took a weight off of my shoulders. I lost my keys and with them the key to my unit. When I called she was friendly, helpful and genuinely calmed me. She took care of EVERYTHING. Replacing the lock so I’m able to bringy fully loaded car to unload it! I’m truly at a lost for words with how amazing this went! From the very beginning, Jaime was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely looked out for us as customers. Jamie, of both storage locations in Chester NY, conducted business in a friendly and professional manner. She was very helpful, informative, and knew her business. I was on the fence to go farther from home or stay within 2.5 miles with the same storage provider. Jamie was more accommodating to my needs and listened. My wife and I were looking for a semi-local place to store our RV for a month before we leave on an extended trip. Jamie and the other worker (I forgot his name, something with a K, Ken maybe?) were absolutely fantastic. I contacted them a few weeks before our "move in" and they were super helpful. On move in day, we dropped by the office to meet them and see where our parking spot would be. The team is super nice and worked with us regarding the length of stay and prices. We will definitely be returning to secure our RV when we are finished with our trip!
Also, the place is super secure, managers are on-site 24-7, gate closes at night and there are security cameras throughout the property. The parking area is flat, easily accessible and has a large open area to safely manuever even the largest of rigs/boats/trailers into the spots.

I stored my camper at Extra Space storage in Chester, NY. The price was decent compared to other facilities. It is a super convenient location right off RT 17. There is ample space between your vehicle and the next, making it easier to access the camper without the vehicles being on top of each other.
