I came in after an unforeseen move and was in shambles and when I checked in Chris was working, after checking the unit I reserved through a 3rd party over the phone it wasn’t what I expected and I was worried that requesting another suitable unit that there wouldn’t be one available or possibly be given a hard time but Chris was so empathetic, helpful, caring and friendly and really put me at ease and easily found a unit that was fit for all of my belongings. Out of all the hardships I faced that day, ending it with her helping me truly made my day.

I've used several different storage facilities and even different Extra Space locations, and Tom has been, by far, the most helpful and pleasant to work with. I am not one for leaving reviews but Chemical Road and Tom deserve one because of how great my experience has been. I moved farther away, but I won't be changing storage locations because of him. 10/10 would recommend ??
