The front staff are the best Ive ever seen. Sherry is just a decent human being, and very understanding. Ive been here almost a year and I have played find a new unit so many times with understanding. They have cut my locks off to many times without judging me or making me feel stupid. I love it here, my stuff is always safe even if I accidently leave my door open. It's safe! Secure! And so far rodent and insect free, besides ants, but thats my fault. Love love love ??

Lucy is very friendly and made it easy to change to a larger space. Prices are competitive. A little disappointed they made me buy a new lock I didn't need, but I'll sell it on FB or something. It was a one time cost offset by a move-in special promotion, so basically a wash. The security seems solid and both units I've used here were basically clean upon move in.
