Mary M was absolutely fantastic. She walked me through everything, explained the facility, security, and rental process, and even helped ensure I was assigned the correct units (since the website was auto-assigning different ones). She went above and beyond—helping with setup, making sure my contract, ID, and insurance were all properly handled, and following up to ensure everything was smooth. The level of customer service she provided remotely honestly exceeded expectations. Even though the experience started with some hesitation, it ended on a very positive note thanks to Mary M.
