Store ease itself is a disaster, no after hour contacts so if something goes wrong you are screwed. But De'Leica was fantastic,she was patient and kind to me and very helpful. At this point I would NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you live very close. OKAY!!!!!! , I need to revisit this post because after I posted this Eli got a hold of me and done everything within his power to fix this problem for me and I'm very pleased with how well we communicated and what the end results were. This is a young company and they are learning and they're open to suggestions and they're very willing to work with you, I would definitely recommend them highly to anyone that's looking for a storage area. I still have my storage units there and I will definitely keep them and recommend them to anybody.

Steven the manager was amazing, my wife lost her debit card and we got behind and had some family issues and he worked with me on the late fees and I couldn't say enough positive about him we have been with him for about 3 years and I'm just thankful that they have a new manager in place that is willing to work with people that made a simple mistake their facilities are always kept amazing and honestly he was awesome to work with thanks steven
